Through an RFP process, IATA partnered with MGME in 2009 to manage, on an exclusive basis, all of their global events worldwide. MGME assumed all responsibilities for every aspect of IATA’s event business from sourcing to onsite management and post event services with the exception of IP, branding and event agenda content. The SMM program instituted for IATA by MGME yielded very positive results from 2009 through 2019.
